Is smoking allowed on board?
Smoking is not allowed indoors but is permitted on the sheltered aft deck.
Are there toilets on board?
Yes - there are separate facilities for ladies and gentlemen
Do I need to wrap up warm in colder weather?
Not at all - our vessel is completely climate controlled
Do you take credit/debit cards on board?
Yes and although we do not offer cashback, you may set up a tab

Is there a bar on board?
We have a fully stocked bar providing alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, tea and coffee
What type of food do you serve?

Do you offer Sunday Lunches?
Not at the moment although this idea is being considered
I have a food allergy - can this be catered for?
Yes - please advise us of this when booking

Yes and this is actively encouraged.

On the day unless a previous agreement for payment by invoice has been made

Where can I board the boat?
We can pick up and set down at any of the official landings.
When can I board?
Up to 15 minutes before departure

Safety
What safety features are provided on the vessel?
Seren-y-Bae is an MCA class 5V British Passenger vessel and as such conforms to all the relevant MCA standards.
Miscellaneous
Can we bring our own decorations?
Banners, balloons and flowers are permitted but glitter, party poppers, silly string and candles etc are not. If in doubt please contact us for clarification
Are children allowed on board?
Yes with an accompanying adult.
What routes do you operate?
We cruise Cardiff Bay, the Rivers Taff and Ely and the Barrage Embankment
Is shelter provided before boarding the boat?
No - this is a matter for the Cardiff Harbour Authority and unfortunately beyond our control
